Not only do i get every type of shape possible, but my BM's are extremely messy 90% of the time. I end up using half a roll of toilet paper to clean up. Anyone else run into this issue. My D is usually intermitent. Stools are always odd shaped and seem to leave a mess behind and sometimes in the bowl.

I have exactly this. I think sticky stools are common with celiacs, anyone else know about this? I seem to get through a lot of toilet paper as well!

It's still pretty early going for you, Scotty. You may just need more time. If, after that, you're still having problems, you might take a harder look at your diet and see if something might need to be added or kicked out.

In the meantime, you guys might want to look into some kind of wet wipes like Tucks. :)

I'm a persistant wiper. Just spend alot on TP weekly. I make sure I'm clean though. I just wanted to know if this is common.

The Charmin or Cottonelle wipes help cut down on the wiping and soreness.

Yep, this is what I was implying.

You can cause hemorrhoids and fissures from too much wiping with dry tissue. It's gentler and use a lot less.

From their website I see "organic barley leaf powder" as an ingredient. Keep in mind that the gluten is in the kernel, and not in the leaves. https://drinkag1.com/about-ag1/ingredients/ctr

Before the rise of social media we were well known by a lot of doctors and were recommended by many, especially our Safe & Forbidden Lists, but as doctors get younger and younger this is probably not happening as much as before.

Thanks Scott I will definitely check my vitamins and minerals to see what I am missing so then I can supplement. I was very concern about my Meniers syntoms and i tryed to find some alive. Now im just realizing that my celiac is provably the root cause of my Meniers none of the 12 doctors I saw told me anything about this.  This web site is so helpful, thanks to people like you we can get answers.

Vitamin D deficiency can contribute to rib pain. Chest pain stemming from the ribs ccould be costochondritis, which involves inflammation of the cartilage connecting the ribs to the breastbone. This pain can range from mild to severe, potentially mimicking heart attack symptoms, and is often worsened by breathing or movement. Other potential causes include muscle strain, rib fractures, or even referred pain from other conditions.  It will also help to chose vegetables low in omega 6.
