    I think that is an awesome product for people who are starting out newly on the diet. It gives them a great idea as to what they can look for in the stores. When I was first diagnosed I got the CSA book and I think it gave me "hope". It showed me there were still foods to eat. I would highly recommend it to a newbie for a guide.     To make things like greenbean caserole. Here is a quick version of mushroom soup that I make. It is SUPER easy! I took a large can (similar to reg. soup can) of mushroom pieces... poured the juice into a pan. I used my pampered chef food chopper and diced up the mushroom pieces into super fine (food processor would also work) and mixed until it was a...

    Yep, that has been going on for a while now. I do believe, however, that you can ask them to use fresh eggs and not their omlet "mix" to make an omlet for you. However, I would also be afraid of the cross contamination in a place like IHOP. Too much flour flying and chances to become sick. Thanks for posting that. Always good to refresh people's memory...
