Ok thanks for joining us for this eppisode of "Find the Hidden Gluten" I noticed the other day that my favorite "flavor" of the oil of olay soap is now "with oats". I used to use the purple label bottle. Check to see if that is the same kind you used. -Jessica

  4. I finally made these this morning. I only had one banana and didn't add as much chocolate chips as the recipe called for, added extra peanut butter. They turned out pretty good. Thanks for the recipe. -Jessica

  11. Stick to your guns and don't compromise your health!!! These folks are just going to have to get used to what you can and can not eat. You are in their family now!! If all else fails, take your own food. They may look at you funny the first couple of times, but they will get used to it. You really can't keep eating around their stuffing and risking all of...

  15. Oh gosh, I don't really measure anything lol Milk, probably cup to two cups, depends on what I am making it for, and enough cornstarch to thicken to whatever consistency you want. I would start with a Tablespoon or two then see where that leaves you. -Jessica

  17. I have been making my own mushroom soup. Take a small can of mushrooms (stems and pieces work fine). I use my pampered chef food chopper and chop the mushrooms up to be very very fine. Dump the juice and the finely chopped mushrooms into a pan, add a little milk and some cornstarch to thicken. Cook until it is the right consistency for whatever I am making...
  18. If you are a newbie. I would recommend getting the CSA Gluten Free Product Listing Guide. It really helped me out when I was first starting. It comes out yearly and costs 30.00. 21. I just saw a piece on the news about Texas and drinking. I guess they are really cracking down on public intoxication. So be VERY careful. On the news they were arresting people even if they had a designated driver. If they failed a field sobriety test in the bar, they were taken to jail!!
