    I would like to know more about the zone. The first week i gained like 5 pounds being gluten free, but i have lost 4 of it the last 2 weeks, but i have lots more to lose. I was always like 120 til i had 4 kids in 5 yrs, and now with being celiac, it has been harder to lose it. paula

    I have given up all dairy what so ever. I even bought gluten and dairy free butter. I am not taking any chances what so ever. In an yr i am going to try and add back some dairy and see what happens. paula

    I am so happy that all i had to do was ask our family dr to run the test for my son and she did. Of ocurse i had to go threw 5 doctors first to find an good one. Then all I had to do was call my doctor and tell him a family member tested positive for celiac and i wanted the test done on me. He drew up the labs and sent me in for blood work. paula

    Well we are in the same boat with my son, only test high was the IgG, his was 3 times the normal range. The dr here had no idea what that meant, so told us to see an ped Gi dr, that we have been waiting to see for months now.     Have you ever tried to make gluten free english muffins or bought them and made pizza with them. They will look like mini pan pizzas.
