Has anyone tried the lactose and gluten free slim fast? I am thinking of getting some to see if it owuld help me lose some of the weight i have gained since going gluten free. But wanted to know what it taste like first lol paula

Thanks everyone, I sure hope it gets easier. I think once i finally get results back, things will be so much easier. My hubby even said that we can throw out everything with gluten and never look back. But i just feel so bad doing that to everyone else in the house. thanks sandy, i think they need to invent test that only test for one thing, like one siomple test for celiac, that says yes or no, one for lupus, life would be easier, and then maybe we would get answers so much faster. I think it would make life easier. I think the not knowing is the hardest part with any illness. I hope u get ut resutls for your dtr soon...

I didnt know there were different types of sle. I just found an lupus forum, im hoping i can find some information on that. Im trying not to stress, but it is so hard, when u know soemthing is wrong and u just cant found any definite answers, it gets so stressing. And especually when u have doctors that tell u that some of the things are all in his head...

noglugirl I just got an multivatiamin from a health food store that has no iron in them, they are called daily total one with maxi sorb, made my country life. I havent taken them yet tho. Maybe check them out, they are iron free. paula -

thanks for those tips. Last night i made burritoes in them, and they turned out ok. I am hoping to learn how to make them myself sometime soon lol. I just heated them up in a pan for a minute, and they still werent that good. so i will for sure try putting some oil or butter on them first. And i love the idea of a quesidilla maker, that will be my next kitchen...
