  4. I plan on moving out to Calgary very soon since I just got a job. Anyone from the area know the best stores and locations to get gluten-free food? My favorite products are Kinnikinick, Thai Kitchen, Sterk's, So Good, Almond Breeze, Natur-a, and So Nice. I've also heard of gluten-free chicken nuggets, do any stores in Calgary sell those?   17. I've let mine thaw out I eat the bread during the week. I think the bread should be fine for about 5 days after thawing, just make sure that the bread isn't in direct sunlight or in extrememly hot places.

  19. Seriously try bluberries for memory improvement, I try to eat about 1 cup a day and my memory has really improved. I remember a lot of things that I never used to remember.   20. I usually get brain fog within a few hours. My other symptoms don't appear until after about 12 hours and they can last for several days to two weeks.
  21. I also make spaghetti out of spaghetti squash! I haven't made the meal in awhile though.
  22. The last time I was contaminated, I got my symptoms about 17 hours after eating out.
  23. Don't go off the gluten-free diet yet! The specific carbohydrate diet (similar to the gluten free diet) is supposed to help put Chron's disease into remission.
