  1. I like this website: Open Original Shared Link Click on the letter that your medication starts with under "Complete Pharmaceutical Monographs". When looking at medication, you should find the ingredients in the "Availability And Storage" section.
  2. My reactons can be delayed. Also, she may have had mild symptoms for a few days before the reaction got bad.
  3. I would guess that you may just need more time to heal. My symptoms continued for about one year after I started the diet. For the first 4 months or so, I was sick almost every day. Slowly, I started having good days and bad days. And eventually, my symptoms just disappeared. Also, are you 100% sure that the Pacific almond milk and nuts are safe? I believe...
  4. I would stay away from Humpty Dumpty corn chips. The last I heard, they produced their chips all on the same line. I heard that they were changing their production lines, but I have had no conformation on that. I also don't eat Tostios corn chips since there is a risk of cross contamination with them. The only corn chips that I trust are Old El Paso.
  5. I like the EnviroKidz gluten free cereals. I only eat cereal plain though.
  6. I've heard that a lot of the cruises are quite accommodating. I'm going to try going on a Mediterranean cruise.
  7. The corn chowder was a hit at my house It turned out very nicely. Moose burgers sound good too I've always wanted to try buffalo as well. I'm so excited to try those butterball franks. I'll be buying some tommorrow.
  8. Here is a corn chowder recipe. This works for people on a gluten and dairy free diet. 9. Thanks Shirley I'm glad to hear that their franks are gluten free. I've been wanting to try them. I'm using the turkey bacon to make corn chowder tonight for dinner!
  10. Here is one of my new favorite recipes from Thai Kitchen. I modified it though. Steamed Salmon with Thai Herbs 4 fresh salmon steaks (I used 3 salmon fillets) 2 shallots, finely minced (or 1/2 of a sweet onion) 2 cloves garlic, finely minced 2 red Thai chilies, cut into small rounds, (optional) (I used Jalapeno peppers) 2 Tbs. Thai Kitchen Premium...
  11. I'd love to see the recipe!
  12. The gluten free diet doesn't have to be expensive. For example, my diet mostly consists of fruits, vegetables, rice, and meat. I eat these foods in many combinations and I find that the most expensive parts of my meals are spices, certain meats, oils, and specialty gluten free foods. I don't eat specialty gluten free foods as much as I used too since there...
  13. I'm sorry that your family is treating you that way. I agree with Tiffany that you should try and move out. There are lots of options and you don't have to continue living with people who purposely make you sick. You could rent an apartment or a house and put up ads around campus for roommates. Try and find jobs on campus, so you don't have to traval far...
  14. If you don't feel like going back on gluten for 3 months, maybe try getting a celiac gene test? From your history I would guess that you have celiac disease or a gluten intolerance.
  15. Here are some of my favorites. I'm gluten and dairy free as well. Blueberry Smoothie 1 1/4 cup frozen blueberries 1 ½ cups Vanilla So Good Soy milk 2 tablespoons honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Tuna/Chicken/Turkey Salad Sandwiches Italian white Kinnikinick bread (I get this at Sobeys), toasted OR Old El Paso corn tacos 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise ...
  16. I believe that the skin prick test will test for allergies to dairy. If you want to know about casein intolerance maybe ask your doctor about possible tests? When I get into dairy, I usually start getting GI problems within an hour or so.
  17. If you like Thai food, try and find some tamarind juice. Here is a link to Thai recipes. Open Original Shared Link
  18. So Butterball will state gluten in their ingredient lists?
  19. Kraft will clearly indicate gluten in their ingredient lists.
  20. Does anyone know if Butterball turkey bacon is safe? Thanks. I have e-mailed butterball in the past about their hotdogs and recieved no response.
  21. How about corn chowder? I'm going to try and make some tommorrow night for supper. I'll be subsituting regular milk with soy milk. If you're interested I'll post the recipe once I find one.
  22. I would contact the company just to be safe. Is there a product in particular that you are concerned about? Maybe some of us can tell you if the product is safe.
