    Carla, Yea, sleep has been horrible for me lately. The problem is that I have been waking up around 12 noon, but I'm supposed to be at my uncles house by 12! LOL!     Ambien is no longer working!!!! It makes me feel loopy, but still wide awake! I'm glad I'm going to see Dr H this weekend, so we can figure out what the next best sleep med would be.

    I had a Dr tell me that a Z-Pack would have "cured" me of Lyme if I went on it for 5-7 days after being bit! So, 10 days..LOL, that's more than what I was told!

    LittleMiss, I would start the abx right away. I herxed like CRAZY when I first when on abx...but I was only on zithromax. I'm now on 2 abx and Mepron. My first really bad herx was Christmas Eve, lol...how convenient! I don't think there is anything your Dr would do if you're herxing. And, if you're having some sort of emergency, you either go to the ER...

    Sherry, About the air hunger, I was diagnosed with asthma when I was about 10. It felt the EXACT same way air hunger feels for me. I actually don't really know whether I have asthma or its air hunger. I used to take asthma meds and they did help...so I'm thinking it is asthma. I should be re-tested. But, assuming I do have air hunger and NOT asthma...

    Carla, When did your GI symptoms go away? Was it with Bart treatment? And, was there anything you could eat without getting cramps? This seems to be coming more and more often for me lately... When I'm not nauseous I have cramps, LOL!

    April, I agree that you need to be evaluated by an LLMD. I have seen many other Dr's who supposedly treat Lyme...but they really don't have a clue what they're doing.

    I had the C.D57 and my score was 24...which confirmed what my Dr already thought...I have chronic Lyme. Donna was right...its the T cells that kill Lyme that they are measuring. It can be high and the patient can still be really sick, but usually a co-infection os Lyme is what is making them so sick. And since the test doesn't look for T cells for co-infections...

    OMG!!! How do you feel?? I am SO nervous at the thought of even trying gluten again! If I get CC'd I am nauseous for 2 weeks straight! Little Miss, I'm 17.     Little Miss, I just wanted to say welcome to the board! We're glad you're here. I have Lyme, Babesia, Viruses (LOTS of them, lol) and Mycoplasma. I understand the feeling of being overwhlemed. If you ever want to chat, you can PM me. I'm more than happy to "listen."

    Since I have a brother who has attempted to use every excuse in the book, I would drug test him! LOL! My kids won't get away with ANYTHING! I don't buy any of it! Plus, if he has nothing to hide, he'd take a drug test with no problems. I know a little too much about this kind of thing from my own experiences. Having said that, you can get those symptoms...

    I can so relate to EVERY one of your symptoms. The spleen issue is a big one for me right now. It's really enlarged and tender...and we checked, it's not mono. I'm only 5 months into treatment, and I have made some progress, but not as much as I'd like...at all! I'm going to talk to my Dr about different abx/more aggressive abx because I have just plateaued...

    Yea, I did the dark colors one night too...by the time I got to the party I was going to, I looked 100% DEAD! LOL! It was horrible. I now only use light colors, although it is limiting.
