    I felt a bit better after doing my ecoffee, but now not so much, LOL! Went to the gym for literally 5 minutes. 4 minutes on the treadmill, then home. I'm trying to get all of this stuff organized with the Port and IV abx and it's NOT going how I wanted. I'm SUPPOSED to have the port surgery on Monday at 11AM, but it's looking like that might not...

    I just did an ecoffee, and it is SO much easier than colonics. I haven't done any ecoffee since my last colonic, because I was afraid it would be horrible. But...I did it and held it for 15 minutes and felt like it was a joke! :lol: I didn't realize how PAINFUL the colonic was! Sheesh...who knew?! LOL! Everyone who is going to take that test...

    Thanks Paula. Carla, I was just reading on Scott's website about Tindamax. He said it has anti-parasitic properties about it. I wonder if part of your strong herx was parasites...? Maybe you already knew this, but it was an "OMG" moment, for me, about you!

    I'm actually really excited to do the test. Apparently it tells you exactly which enzymes you're missing, so you can supplement them...Dr H said it should definitely help with all my nausea issues after eating. I wonder if it will be partially covered by insurance?

    It's not the gene test. I'm going to order the gene test today I think. The gene test is the $625 test. No problem. I have to wait until June 2nd to have any tests done because that's when insurance kicks in fully. So, I will have the test done next week sometime.

    I use intensive most of the time. Yea, no foundation has ever really worked in 100 degree weather. It melts off your face, LOL!

    Jpar, I just wanted to say, I started this thread a while ago, and I no longer get resentful at other people. I still do miss foods, but I really don't care what eat anymore. If someone eats bread in front of me, I nicely ask if they can move it away from my food, so crumbs don't contaminate my food. If they ask, I just say one crumb is like one peanut...

    I don't do well with caffeine either, BUT I started with a really small amount of coffee and I never have gotten shakey or jittery. It's never been a problem. I don't think it would be a big deal if you were went up to the full 4 tbsp. of coffee and got shaky, so cut back. I haven't worked up to a full dose, but I was at 3.5 tbsp last time I did one...

    I do have one Celiac gene...I was tested. I don't remember which one though. I also have one "gluten intolerant" gene. I have indeed tried darn near every diet....doesn't matter.     Hey Carla, I sent you a text. I'm okay...barely. LOL! I hit my head at 2 in the morning, and my room started spinning, and I got a horrible headache. Long story short, I think I'm fine. My head still hurts, but I'm not dead.

    I did it once. I did it before I was gluten free, so I don't know if you could do it while being gluten free. I could never make it the full 11 days, I only made it about 6 days I think. I lost about 1 pound a day. (I lose weight pretty easily)

    LOL! Thunder...I think my stepmom taught me that lightning is like a light...you can see it. Thunder you don't see, you just hear it.     Carla, When I first started on Zith, my LLMD asked if I had any ear ringing. I didn't then, but I do sometimes. I will be interested in hearing what your Dr says. It's a fairly common side effect from what I have heard.

    I loved last night too!!! It was SO good! I was really getting disappointed in the show for a while, but last night won me over! I think Meredith and Derek will get back together and stay together this time. I have read/seen too many interviews with him saying that they will stay together. Which is good, because I was getting sick and tired of them...
