  3. I am pretty sure that now they do not fry any of the other fried items at the stores anymore. They used to.
  4. What would they fry? The only things they fry are hasbrowns and fries wich are glutenfree. The rest comes pre-done and they heat it up.
  5. A lot of us feel like a mess because this is a lot to deal with and so stressful. It is really helpfull (and normal) to see a therapist to help get yourself straight. Also, your doctor can prescribe you something. I know I do both, personally. You may have to make sure you are back in gluten for the tests. They are normal to have for this disease so...

Changs, or lecture, or cooking glass, or meeting at a health food store for demonstration. The other group meets at a metting room at a medical center to discuss all sorts of things and have lectures or have food...
  10. I really don't know what you are talking about, broncobux. I always ask to speak to the proper people when I am looking at what to order and am usually told that they "cannot guarantee" their salads to be gluten-free. I don't eat animals so veggies are the way I like to go and I don't really ever eat salad dressing when I travel or am here, unless it...

  12. Any place I have been to (and I travel a lot) has said that they could not claim thier salads to be glutenfree. Even Outback needs to mix them in a clean bowl. I have been many to places with glutenfree menus too whose salads are not gluten-free. Just from my experience, I have only found one place that had an already gluten-free salad without preparing...
  13. Fish and seafood is usually gluten-free aslong as it's plain and you talk to the staff so they know to be careful. Salads are usually never gluten-free. Good luck on your trip! Don't be shy and make sure you get what you want and stay healthy!
  14. What is the bakers gluten for? To see if it makes you sick?
  15. It takes a lot longer than one week to feel better. A few months even. Are you sure you were 100% gluten-free. It takes a long time to get fmailiar with the do and do not haves. Maybe you have issues with dairy and spices, too?
  16. I think fresh fruits and veggies would be the way to go! Have a reat trip!

My brother hdid blood and biopsy even though there is afamily line of Celiacs. It's up tpo you. You could just try the diet and see how you feel. If you think you might just have a wheat...
  22. I was thining, what about other reactions? I know reac to gluten touching my kin for long periods of time and sometimes get rashes. How is this pill going to stop that? I know I will never knowingly eat gluten even with a pill.
  23. ""The only real reservation is that it's only been tested in rats," Dr Anderson said. "Rats don't suffer coeliac disease. But it's a major development and it's important work."" I was wondering that.
  24. Hello! You'll get familiar with this new lifestyle very fast. It is hard but well worht it!
  25. If you want to get out of the meal plan at Uni (get money back or have them be required give you gluten-free food) then you will probably need a diagnosis. Other than that, you don't need to be officially diagnosed.
