    Sometimes the "oaked" wines get that way, not by barrel-aging, but by the winemaker adding oak chips So I was told by a winery rep. I imagine these would be the cheaper oaked wines.

    The standard time for gluten eating before a biopsy is at least two months! You are right that a test at this point would almost certainly be negative, assuming healing has taken place.

    If you are B12 deficient, that injection can really give you a boost. You don't realize how bad you have been feeling until you feel good again. I hope they are going to give you monthly shots to build you up. It will take a while. Good on them for testing you.

    Vinegar is the one ingredient that will put me off purchasing a product because unfortunately malt vinegar is the most commonly used here (it's a British thing, you know) so if it doesn't specify what kind of vinegar I must always assume it is malt

    I drink herbal teas at home, generally the citrus-containing flavors, or cranberry combinations. When I'm near an espresso machine I drink decaf capuchinos now that I can tolerate that amount of milk.

    I do not have any trouble getting all the testing I need, including DEXA scans, even though self-diagnosed. And now that they have seen my deficiencies it confirms for my docs that my self-diagnosis was probably right. And after all, it was their fault for not thinking of it and making me do their work
