    I can remember having correspondence a long time ago with Tim Hortons (this was back at a time when some weird rumour was going around about their cruellers being gluten free!!). Anyway, back then, they gave me a list of all their beverages that were gluten-free, but only one soup was gluten free in the food department. (I forget which one it is....) Anyway...

    I miss my chinese food the most. Broncobux gave me a good recipe for Schezwan that I am going to try this weekend though. (I am sooo excited!!)     You are so right about the nurses.... When my boys were born, they were born at 31 weeks gestation (9 weeks early) and both of them weighed 3 lbs. 12 oz. at birth. Thankfully, their lungs were strong and only Connor needed CPAP for a day. They still had to stay in the special care nursery until they gained weight. Without those nurses nudging me along...
