  1. I called Truvia. They said it is gluten free.
  2. I am looking for a shampoo that I can use that won't irritate the eczema on my scalp that is also gluten free. I have heard that I can use Dove bar soap as a cleanser for my hair. Are the Dove shampoos fragrance free as well? Are they gluten free? What about the Aquaphor body Wash? Is it gluten free? Any other shampoos anyone know of that are gluten free...

  4. You might be allergic to the protein in milk and not the lactose in milk.
  5. All the cookie crisp cereals are made from whole grain corn, corn meal, cornstarch, and corn syrup. Seems like it would pack on the pounds with all that corn and sugar. I wouldn't eat it.

  11. If you go to the website and type in your zip code, it lists the theatres it will be playing in. It i going to be playing at a theatre here that is discounted. Movie tickets are around a dollar at this theatre. I called the theatre and they can't tell me it will be playing, just that it will be coming soon.

  18. I eat a lot of beans and nuts. I also use a little buckwheat flour.

  24. There is a recipe for teff pita bread on a gluten free blog site. There is also sweet potato pita bread. Both are whole grain and gluten free.
