It really depends on how much of a product you can use. I buy the econo bags of gluten-free corn flakes, the multi grain Glutino crackers, pretzels when on sale. Oh the rice krispies too...Lame Advertisement seeds as well. there is a ton of stuff gluten-free ... but your right you do need to price shop... -
Just wanted to add that several gluten-free companies have gluten-free rice krispies....Kinnkinnick, Nature Path & I think I seen that Glutino just came out with cereals. mamaw

The best gluten-free egg noodle ready made is Seitenbacher egg ribbons (gluten-free) they also have reg noodles so be careful when you order or buy them. I'm a Lutheran to.....our church recently received a new pastor who has family members that are celiac. Man, was I excited.Our old Pastor let me bring gluten-free bread or wafers ( I bought) & they were wrapped in foil & blessed at the service. It worked very well for awhile but then the pastor got careless & started laying my gluten-free on top... -

the doctor that mentioned things that could happen without surgery after all other things failed could cause a rectal cancer. Now I'm no doctor but he stated after all that time(30) years that could be a possibilty.. So I guess our family member is glad it is in the past now. also not a pleasant dating subject when a guy is getting on with a special someone...

I just use my wheat recipe & sub out the flour. Use a good flour blend such as Annalise ROberts, Jules, Meister's, Tom Sawyer are a few of the better ones. Also if you google Lori Kavorlis she has an awesome recipe .... if you can't find it send me a pm & I'll get it to you. I'm on my way out the door right now. mamaw -

sorry, yes it is water in ounces !!!!! I also use sea salt for everything. Since my body has become used to water I drink lots of it & I do now crave water.. When I had my labs done after a year it showed I had very little sodium in my system, so now I still drink but I do cook with a bit of salt& also sparingly sprinkle on one piece of food a day... -

Sorry , yes it's ounces !!!!!! I too, use all sea salt.... & I agree too much water can cause major issues. After I got used or my body got used to water & alot of it, I craved water. I voided constantly & when I had my labs done , they came back I needed sodium......... so now I still drink alot becaUSE i CRAVE IT BUT i NOW ALSO -

I agree with the other two posters. I also suggest drinking water--- half your body weigh . This was told to me by a naturepath years ago..I now drink about a gallon of water a day just because my body needs it. No, I'm not that heavy !!!WhenI first started trying to drink water I would throw-up but after I got going with five swallows every half hour I was... -

You may not have celiac disease with the villi /intestinal damage but you could easily be gluten sensitive to wheat/gluten & even dairy. I also suggest avoiding these foods strictly for at least three months & see how you feel. After that time if you see no change then do as you please but my experience is you will feel mcuh better & wish to continue...
