mamaw replied to DMarie's topic in Gluten-Free Foods, Products, Shopping & Medications
Udi's multigrain is a staple at our house...I still bake bread but its always nice to have ready made editable bread for busy times. I call it our security blanket! I do freeze ours & I heat it up for about 20 seconds & it softens right up. I have had the pleasure of sampling Crayon Bakehouse as well from Colorado.. Their white bread is very good... -

ARCHIVED Best Recipe For Gluten Free Bread Using Bread Machine
mamaw replied to Glutenfreenoobie's topic in Gluten-Free Recipes & Cooking Tips
What kind of bread do you like? Some like multigrain & others like plain white. I might add if your bread machine has made wheat bread you may not want to use it for gluten free breads. There is no way to completely clean the cervices around the posts. Another thought is an older machine may not hold up to gluten free baking. It takes a strong machine... -
I have both hypo & hyper, grave's, & dysthyroid obitopathy...I present with symptons of both.. It will be three years since I did the RAI. Its been hell since. I was in a thyroid storm before the RAI , I stayed in intensive care for two weeks. Almost didn't live to talk about it. One thing is important here is if you need RAI best have it done....

Hello & Welcome.First off I understand your money issues but I'm not so sure one can clean a bread maker or a toaster or hand mixer with the tiny cracks & cervices... you may not be a sensitive person & may not have issues..Outings with or without kids: I would be up front & let the other parents know & understand your health issues because...

Probiotics ---- not all work for us celiac & again its a prefence as to what our intestinal tract will accept & use to help heal. I don't think there ia a one fits all in probiotics. I use several in rotation. I do use Dr Ohirra's professional probiotics probably more than the others. I get them from Ecology Health site ( A crohn's site) shipping...

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: Is there gluten or barley malt in Lindt chocolate?Unfortunately, at this time we cannot guarantee that Lindt chocolate is gluten free. Our white and extra dark (70% cocoa and above) chocolate products by nature do not contain barley malt. However, because they run on the same production lines as other products there... -

It is an earthy type bread we all (even kids... -

mamaw replied to farmwife67's topic in Gluten-Free Foods, Products, Shopping & Medications
The only hot dog bun we have found that we can swallow is from The Grainless Baker. Hamburger buns: against the grain buns, french meadow buns, bertille buns. The later is a favorite with our kids. I will say I've baked both types of buns with success but I don't always have time to bake! hth mamaw
