  1. Wow, I found my first Whole Foods store just out side of Little Rock, Ark. It was interesting. Some things were a little high, somethings were ok, I bought a loaf of Udi's bread but i'm afraid to try it. Most gluten free products give me problems. But the thing I liked best is I found a Protein powder that I can drink without a problem. Yahoo! It is...
  2. Ugh, sorry, I spelled that wrong. Here is wikipedia's version of it. "Epistaxis (or a nosebleed) is the relatively common occurrence of hemorrhage from the nose, usually noticed when the blood drains out through the nostrils. There are two types: anterior (the most common), and posterior (less common, more likely to require medical attention). Sometimes...
  3. Hi Coolclimates, first of all I hope you get to feeling better. I've had chronic nosebleeds since I was 7, it is a condition called Epitasis. Your PTSD could be flaring up or it could just be your body reacting kind of to being jarred, kind of like being whiplashed. Just my opinion. Try to relax and take it easy for a few days.
  4. I get depression, anxiety, cramps, bloating, diareah and have a hard time catching my breath.
  5. not safe for me. I get sharp intestinal pain, bloating and headaches.
  6. Just a suggestion. My fatigue didn't start getting better until 2 months ago when I started reading about adenal fatigue. I started taking something at the healthfood store called Adrenal Factor. It's made a world of difference for me.
  7. I've never had the whole foods pb. But soy also gives me headaches. Squash, bananas, cucumbers, which I don't understand because I can eat pickles no problem.
  8. I have anything from sharp spikes to deep throbbing aches and yes lightheadedness as well as feeling like my eyes are bulging out or my eyes feeling like they are getting poked with pins. I haven't tried the fish oils so can't help you on that one.
  9. Boiled eggs, turkey bacon, gluten free oats, leftover chicken and rice when i make it. Also, just a little warning rice dream milk has barley in it even though it dosent say so. It has supposedly been (distilled?. I can't remember the exact wording but i'm sure someone on here will give the right wording but some people react to it). Yes, me included. Take...
  10. I'm sorry to say that Smart Balance PB gives me headaches too.
  11. I ended an 8 yr relationship a couple of months ago because he kept cross contaminating me. He believed I couldn't eat it but he just couldn't get the fact that cross contamination was an issue. Also, it woke me up to the fact that he had control issues. I didn't realize or kept myself in denial because of that and I was miserable for a long time. You constantly...
  12. Hey Connie, that's a good idea. Go for it.
  13. Hey Connie a sent you a friend confirmation for facebook. Facebook is awesome. Found several relatives I haven't seen or heard from in 20 years all in a matter of minutes. Hope your feeling better. Vicky
  14. Very normal to be bloated when first starting out. You could be eating trace amounts of gluten, dairy bloats me also. You could be going through withdrawals and your system is just screwed up. It takes a while for things to straighten out. So, just hang in there and try to be patient. Vicky
  15. Hi There, yes it definetly took that long. I noticed you said gluten free cereals. Would those happen to be the gluten free chex cereals? If they are they give some people reactions. They do me for sure. Also, your cutting boards could have scratches in them and you can't get the gluten out of them. In my opinion I would get a new one just to be on the safe...
  16. Connie, I just seen this post. I'm sorry I haven't gotten back to you. The stomach problems were almost instantly, but the head problems didn't start to improve until almost 6 months in. Very slowly, gradually. Here it is almost a year and a half later with a clear head. One morning I woke up and the sloshy, mud like feeling was gone. It stays gone unless...
  17. Hi Ahbee, I have always had problems with my lower back going into the back of my legs. I can remember when I was in school and had to do phys ed. My lower back would suddenly start spasming then my legs would go numb and I would lose my balance and fall, could not walk from several minutes to an hour or so. Was always told I was faking to get out of...
  18. Thanks Wheatfreedude. I'll try to get some.
  19. No, I would keep trying to stay gluten free for another couple of months. You could possibly be having withdrawals as well having reactions to possibly dairy and soy. I didn't start feeling better until about the 3rd month which was after I eliminated the soy and dairy. Also, have you deglutenized your kitchen? Differnt toaster, collander, cutting board...
  20. WOW! I thought it was just me! I can remember from 4 to 8, then had a traumatic episode where my mother tried to kill herself with a butcher knife in the bathtub, she cut her throat and both wrists. I'm the one that found her. Have sketchy memories from then on until I was 14. Cousins will ask me "hey, you remember the time when?" I go no, sorry. I also...

Been overweight since I was 14. Never could lose more than about 5 lbs at a time. Gained 85 lbs with first pregnancy. I was bad sick the whole time developed preeclampsia and had him 2 months...
  22. Been out of the loop for several years so don't know the Yo Gabba Gabba song. Kid is grown. But after all these years I still hear the Barney Song. I Love You, You Love Me. AARRhhhhhh.
  23. "As for your ab exercises and triceps (back arm), you probably are going to need assistance from a gym. As much as you travel, there are places like 24 Hour fitness in the West. Your membership is valid at any of them. And as you can guess, they are open 24 hours a day for hard working 12+ hour drivers like you." Thanks for getting back to me. We...
  24. Gatorade makes me sick, it's the HFCS.
  25. They have a lot of sugar in them. Maybe you have a sugar sensitivity?
