    I haven't used it ..that I know of...my mom might have in the food she makes for us...but I know McCormick will not hide anything in their products.

    Well do know which tests that you had done? Some are specific for celiac and have a low false rate. Do you know how high they were? If they were elevated the chances are that you do have it. Some doctors use an endoscopy to officially diagnose it after the blood results and others just use blood tests.

    It depends on the blood tests you have done some are specific for celiac. I was diagnosed through only blood tests done. The doctor didn't even want to do an endoscopy on me because he knew it was celiac through the blood tests. If there isn't damage or they look in a spot where it is not damaged it will come back negative anyway.

    Well you should keep pots and pans clean, the cookie sheets you should not make anything on because of the flour caked on it, you need to get a new toaster...there are some good gluten free breads available.     Here are also some brands that Richard(lovegrov) posted a few months ago in another post. These brands will clearly list wheat,rye,barley,oats.     Well everyone has accidents sometimes and once a year consider yourself lucky. If you have frequent accidents then you need to be concerned but sometimes accidents are inevitable.     He died from complications I guess. Celiac can cause many problems if left untreated. Maybe he didn't follow the diet and ended up with getting something else due to severe damage. I have no clue why he was taking 60 pills a day...maybe that had something to do with him dying. Something just doesn't seem to add up in my mind about him...maybe someone else...

    You would be more sick then you were.That's really not a good idea you get more sick and more damage. Let's put it this way....If you have a car and get into an accident and it gets some damage... does that mean go around and act careless and keep trying to give it more damage?

I am very sensitive and usually have nausea and anxiety for about 2 weeks after accidentally ingesting any amount of gluten. I don't have gluten shock like some people do.     There is one 35 miles away from my house. I should call them and see what their policy is on gluten free pizza. They should make a chain that is only gluten free so there is not cross contamination and so forth.
