  6. Yeah I don't like to try to diagnose people but I like to give them information so they know about it and the symptoms so they can be aware. People need to be aware of things so if they do have it they can catch it sooner rather than later Pamphlets are a good way to get info. across. I know when I'm waiting in the doctors office I get bored and read things...

  11. jymles-I use Enzymatic Therapy sublingual b vitamins. They mark their supplements of what they are free of on the bottle I use a lot of this brand.
  12. It could be your metabolism is fast so it requires you to then have more calories. Also could there be gluten slipping in through any shampoos or lotions, etc? Try to go through and see if any products or foods could be slipping in. Hope you find it out soon
  13. I totally agree with what was said by MySuicidalTurtle. It's definately good you are obeying the laws. Putting pamplets out or talking to someone with the authority to talk to them are awesome ideas. Posters around will also get peoples attention whatever catches their eye and can alert them about the possibility will be good
  14. I read that yeast extract contains barley so is therefore not safe. Is this true because I thought it was safe?

    ARCHIVED Help Me

If you don't eat you get hungrier and may go on binges and overeat. If you throw up that won't help any either. Just eat fruits and other healthy foods. Try to eat small amounts throughout the day instead of larger meals. Also try to walk more that might help. Good luck
  16. Yes thanks for posting that..it is an awesome resource to have. Thanks for sharing that...and we are thinking about you today and hope everything goes well
  17. I was searching the Internet and found a fast food and restaurant gluten free list and this is what it said about Applebee's: Steamed Vegetable Platter Beef Patty Marinated Chicken Breast ; Request that the Italian Chicken or Fajita Chicken be used, NOT Teriyaki Smothered Chicken Breast ; Request that the Italian Chicken or Fajita Chicken be used,...
  18. Bailey-I agree with what the previous posters have said. You may not have damage to your intestine YET but consider yourself lucky. If you don't start the diet now, you could be damaging yourself with every bite of gluten and then end up with cancer or another life threatening and serious illness. For people who do not follow the diet it increases their chances...

    ARCHIVED No Period

Mine didn't really screw up like that...it comes 28-35 days somewhere within that range and it never ceases to miss. But that has happened to people I know and it can be from weight loss and other things associated with celiac. If it keeps up I would ask your doctor about it though.
