    Celiac is often referred to as gluten intolerant but you can be gluten intolerant and not have celiac. It can cause the same symptoms though. Celiac causes damage in the intestines and gluten intolerance alone usually does not. However, if you are gluten intolerant and do not follow the diet I think it can turn into celiac.

    Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi are also gluten free. Many sodas are in fact gluten free. Be especially cautious of off brands because they may or may not be gluten free. Just always have to check on things with celiac. My personal favorite sodas are Sprite and Dr Pepper.

    Can't help you on the alcoholic side but I can answer a few questions. The Reeds is gluten free. Also Coke and Pepsi brand soft drinks are gluten free.

    Cybros rice rolls are sooo good. They are slightly sweetened with honey, they have a good flavor too. I broil them slightly because i like my bread toasted.

    Celiac disease is NOT outgrown so if he was diagnosed he has it. It can cause tons of other things. It sounds like something may be slipping in some how. How long have you had the rash? Is it itchy or sore or anything? The rash you are talking about sounds like DH possibly. Check that section...

    Some of Bob's Red Mill Stuff contains gluten. Wheat free does not mean gluten free so check on that. How long in advance were you planning on making biscuits? Freezing for a few days works for me alot.

    I like to sleep but something I love to do to lift my mood is watch comedies. Whenever I get laughing I seem to forget about how bad I feel and it really helps me to feel better. I also love to eat my comfort foods too

    Things with celiac change often and some celiacs even don't get up to date on the most recent information. Emulsifiers I think were thought to maybe be questionable because I have heard the same thing when I was first diagnosed-it was never a definite no though so you would just have had to check on it.     Yeah, definitely let me know when your around here. I should have talked to more people from Georgia a few weeks ago. We went to Albany, GA. It was a very short trip for my dads business so we left here(14 hour drive) and came back 3 days later so talk about a very short trip. I believe we stayed by Atlanta the first night we were there.
