    Yea I use liquid stevia for my drinks and I usually use either regular sugar or half sugar half xylitol for baking. I have to admit that Splenda is probably the best choice if you want a sugar substitute(other than something natural)

    Even though Splenda is gluten free I have not trusted the sugar substitutes. Some people may not have a problem with the sugar substitutes but I have never liked them and even though sugar is bad for you, in my opinion the substitutes are worse unless it's a natural sort of thing.

    Yes...it is just their makeup line that is gluten free...lipsticks and all. Some of the moisturizers do have wheat in them..I have not investigated their other products..I have just checked on their makeup line.

    Kinnikinnick has some delicious doughnuts!!! I don't think I have tried any gluten free doughnuts that have been better then this brand

    There are over 200 symptoms associated with celiac. Each person is different and may have different symptoms. They are both symptoms that can come with it. I get constipation along with some other symptoms when I am glutened. Have you been tested for celiac? Have you tried being off of gluten? Make sure when you test you keep on gluten.

    All Loreal makeup gluten free? That must be in Canada only? I called about Loreal makeup I had and they wouldn't guarantee it gluten free and the other thing had gluten so I know thats not true here.

    With softserve there really is no issue of cross contamination..nothing touches where that comes out... With ice cream there is a possibility of contamination with scoops...always ask them to wash it With shivers..the machine may have contamination issues because it mixes up ice creams with toppings such as oreos.     The reason water may help is because alot of the time people do not drink the amount of water they should every day. This deprives the body of water and with your body amost 3/4 made of water it needs quite a bit.     I know your exact feeling. When I get glutened now..or even when I am under stress I get feeling like I can't breathe due to anxiety and I get nausea then and an overall crappy feeling. When you feel like you can't breathe you may want to try to take a few deep breaths into a paper bag...that helps me calm down at least a little bit.

    I know celiac can effect the enamel of the teeth. I have little spots on my bottom teeth...not cavities...they say that what I have is related to celiac.

    No you can still do that...just make sure you wash your hands with gluten-free soap after that before dealing with your food.     I think I found my new "treasure" food. We got this book on top secret restaurant recipes and in it is the Blooming Onion from the Outback(pre gluten free this was one of my favorite foods) well we modifed the recipe to be gluten free and it was so good! I also love chocolate hershey bars and snickers.

    I use the Bare Escentuals makeup line..the whole line is gluten free. I do have 1 shade of Continuous Color from CoverGirl though and a few Burt's Bees products

    CoverGirl confirmed with us that Continuous Color lip shades are gluten free. Their lipsticks with fragrance in they will not guarantee because of suppliers, etc. I have always broke out from CoverGirl foundations..not sure if it is gluten or something else in it.     The problem is MSG is hidden in things such as natural flavors. MSG is known to cause problems...about 30% of regular population has a problem with it(that is a statistic I have heard but I am not sure if that is accurate)

    Surprisingly, alot of Rice Dream products contain barley. You wouldn't think it would by the name though.
