  1. i would do the full 12 weeks, otherwise i would always question a negative result.
  2. that B12 is much too low, should be at least 400. do yo have microcytic or macrocytic anemia? Open Original Shared Link persistent anemia is addressed in that link. good luck
  3. perhaps it is something else in wheat that is bothering you, there are other proteins.
  4. are they processing the other tests or did your doc stop them?
  5. that vitamin D isn't low, it is abysmal! what was the number on the B12? you are supplementing on that D, yes???
  6. remember a probiotic!
  7. new doc, and if you take some one with you, make sure it is the most dominating person you can find. even if they don't say anything, just the "presence" helps.
  8. then the lawyer sounds about right. my original response was "falling your doctors suggestion damn near killed you". yes, new doc, and maybe a lawyer.
  9. ten days off, probably thru the worst of it, if you NEED the positive testing for some reason, yes. you would need to go back of gluten.
  10. decided my response was too harsh....
  11. make sure the testing has not been sent out. otherwise, some better be picking up the tab for your repeat....
  12. endoscopy is the word that you want.
  13. Megan, how tall are your parents? if you are distinctly shorter than expected, perhaps YOU are celiac....
  14. perhaps you can get a "second opinion" on the biopsy slides?
  15. i too, am wondering why you are having the blood tests after a positive endo? i thought the endo was the "gold standard"?
  16. my thoughts would be CC. keep a food diary and read all labels, don't eat what others cook, unless it is one of the celiacs you know, and can trust.
  17. lol, chronic appendicitis was my first thought. doesn't mean you don't have celiac, as well.
  18. a dedicated trial of the gluten free diet is the only true test...
  19. are you in the US? because testing 1' relatives is pretty standard here.
  20. don't you just want to shake them till their teeth rattle? can't, of course.....
  21. never too late to change your diet. But get all testing done first. the anxiety could be a symptom in and of itself.
  22. how many samples/specimen did they take? did they do the IgG variety of blood tests also? if you don't mind, put up your blood test results, with normal ranges.
  23. only the first one is a celiac test. and you need the rest of them run. What country are you in?
