  16. if I remember correctly, most medical personnel in Korea will have at least a rudimentary proficiency in English. Can you get the biopsy done and have the slides sent out? Korea is not a backward country, it would amaze me that no one there could do the testing ....

  18. as you can see, that is on the high end of normal, another potential indicator of blood loss somewhere. getting her seen quickly is important.
  19. can you get 15-20 min of sun daily? arms and most of legs uncovered. and you really want your D over 50, if some of your wt gain is adipose tissue, some of your D is probably being stored in there.... good luck
  20. ah! yes, some of her behavior is probably motivated by denial of her own health issues, and the having to give up some of her independence. If this is going to be a long term living arrangement, I would suggest investing in a separate, basic kitchen, for yourself. I wouldn't trust her not to sabotage you.
  21. elevated platelets may be related to bleeding somewhere....what was her RDW? low creatine maybe lack of protein absorbtion, lack hemoglobin, prob related to iron def ...perhaps B12 as well. good that she is getting in earlier. And yes the squeaking wheel gets the grease!
