  1. those vitamin levels are not particularly good, if symptomatic, B12 should be over 500. I am not familiar with that method of measuring D, but i am thinking you would want to be nearer the middle....

If you have insurance, you could get a 5 hour glucose tolerance test WITH insulin levels. or, if you want to avoid the dx as long as possible, you could get on a paleo type diet, no refined carbs, actually few carbs at all,...
  6. fiber without liquid is a receipe for constipation....and cafeinated drinks do not count for the total of their volume.
  7. Unless you have given your doctor SIGNED consent to share info with your husband, the doctor has committed a HIPAA violation. This is a very big nono. could cost the doc big$ in fines. If you wish to continue with this doc, you need to set firm limits and clear expectations.
  8. Is he on acid blocking meds? If so, that can deter iron absorbtion. Also check for B12 def. Post his CBC. If his MCV is high it would lend support for a B12 def. Try giving the iron with vitamin C. good luck.
  9. do you live in a mixed household? have you checked out your personal care products? If you are in a relationship, is your partner maintaining gluten free in his/her contact with you? pet food? house remodeling? hobbies?
  10. Trying To Conceive. I am wondering if further improving diets would help? such as getting rid of processed food. reducing carbs even further, etc. and don't forget the second person involved, perhaps some of the issue is his.
  11. apparently (per dr. "search engine", lol) it can be a side effect of the zoloft, though not really common. My concern is that they are dosing on weight, are they using "live" wt? If so, has she gained any muscle/bone wt, or is it all/most fat? Fat is NOT live weight. Good luck.

    anemia and perhaps infection. The RDW means RBCs are being released before they are quite mature, probably in reaction to your anemia, but are you bleeding anywhere? The MCV being lowish, I am thinking iron def anemia rather than B12. If your WBCs weren't "off", I would have been willing to discount the Temp, after all 98.6 is only a mean. If you can...

  23. True, no celiac testing will be accurate, but you could try to get a total IgA run.
