  1. I have to say, my favorite food in the pressure cooker is still fresh green beans with onions and red potatoes. Don't have a recipe per se...just go about 2 or 3 minutes from when the steam starts firing! I like some of these recipes too: Open Original Shared Link
  2. Wow--that would be great!!! Its definitely time IMO
  3. Dairy doesn't give me an immediate reaction. Make sure you are writing things down so you don't miss something over a several day period. I can eat dairy fine in the moment--no biggie. But a day or two or maybe even three later, constipation, brain fog...
  4. yes, those are okay, and here are a few more to add to the list: skittles sweet tarts regular snickers charm's blow pops dum dum pops jelly bellys jolly ranchers sprees starburst original fruit chews runts (wonka)
  5. Yes! They have Sweet Baby's Ray's at Costco in 2 packs, it is gluten-free! See it here: Open Original Shared Link
  6. So how would you use it to make rice milk? Do you put in raw or cooked rice and water, and that's it ?
  7. I don't do dairy now, but when I did--Edy's was hands-down the favorite too. If you go on their website--they identify gluten-free flavors as gluten-free in the description.
  8. For me, constipation and brain fog. For me, brain fog was not caused by gluten...but dairy. I've confirmed this several times. Accidentally had dairy last week and the brain fog returned like clockwork.
  9. Wow...that sounds really cool! I couldn't get that 2nd link to work...
  10. Sorry to hear that Well, I wasn't glutened, but I was dairyed. Huh, that doesn't work so well Anywho, it explains why I have felt awful all week, and with the brain fog. Its so mind-boggling to me, but dairy is what gives me the brain fog...like clockwork. Anyway, here's to a better day!
  11. Hmmm...My suggestions would also be stay on the probiotics, like we talked about in the other thread, and eat basic foods...no greasy, crazy spicy stuff, really high fiber foods too. I'd keep steering clear of dairy and would avoid really acidic foods like oj too. Get rest, stay hydrated. All the basic stuff is all I can come up with Hope you feel better...
  12. Me neither
  13. Wish I could go with you my friend. I am feeling for you this morning...I know that feeling--fragile and insecure. I pray for courage and calm as you make your way there alone this morning. Good prayer time in the car...let Him know what your feeling... Off to pray right now at my desk!
  14. Good for you!
  15. Oooo-Judy, you are writing a post in this thread, right now...I see the dots under your name I hope this is a good day for you... I'll be eager to hear about the appt. Much love...
  16. I've had them too...they are pretty good. Don't taste like twizzlers per se, more of a really mild sweet taste.
  17. I will pray just that and mark it down my calendar...
  18. Interesting... My dentist wanted me to check on the Oral B flouride treatment they use in their office. Maybe I'll just keep skipping it! Their response may just be a CYA, but its pretty shady, so I would probably opt to use something else...
  19. MAN! I just love impressive efficiency! So glad the trip was a worry-free blast. DH and I may be going there too in the next few years--lots of friends w/kids and his sisters has 3 that are nearing the Disney age. Thanks for the great tips and info!
  20. I will have to try the Hormel when I see it in the store... I like Deli Selects--the one in the red gladware tub--very good meats, thin thin sliced.
  21. Congrats on a great trip! I hope to visit Maine someday too
  22. Haven't seen these yet...sound good... They are in the regular grocery I assume?
  23. Great news! Personally, not eating dairy myself, I would not put any dairy even in my mouth. But I'm sure others would risk it... What is your job?
  24. That's great about the friend getting you an appt Judy! Good news! Okay--so no more cooking or baking Just resting... Let us know about appt...
