    I'll bet your right, HFCS is something I avoid. Maybe that is what I react to. I eat mostly organic, and not a lot of processed foods.

    I use Austin's own, and it says Gluten free on the bootle. Of course, I live in Texas, so it may be a local item (they do sell it online, from their website).     I love the Kinnickinnick pizza crusts too!!! I use to use hormal peeperoni, but a friend of mine had me try bours head, and I've never looked back. It's hands down better.

    I know....it's nuts!!! If I didn't have a wheat allergy. I would be buried up to my earlobes in Krispy Kream donuts right now!!! If you google "gluten free fad" you will see a bunch of news stories about it. It scares me......yet, that's why we have so many new great gluten-free products! That, I like!

Before being diagnosed, I was sick in bed all the time, thus making me a stay in bed mom! I'm glad that has changed.
