    My dd gets a rash around her mouth when she gets glutened. She also has an Igg reaction to wheat which combats the problem. We've taken her to 3 dermatologists and one was a ped. derma.     Here's a link that describes the Food Allergen Labeling Law that will be inforced by Jan. 1, 2006. The law should help us with identifing wheat. From what I've read, I think you're exactly right.     I've got a few boxes of amaranth flour that I would love to bake with. I tried to make cookies with a combination of flours, including amaranth. They were really good out of the oven but the got bitter as they cooled. Do any of have favorite amaranth recipes that you would be willing to share? Thanks!

    I just got my Palm and I had a problem as well. I tried to use Adobe to copy and move the list but my Palm wouldn't recognized it as a complete PDF file. I had to save the Rest. List as a text file. I put the file in My Documents and then I drug the file to Documents to Go. Once it was in Documents to Go I was able to sync the file with my PDA. I...

    I've had skin testing and Id's, and it showed many inhalent allergies and a few food allergies. These tests are very accurate for inhalent allergies. My dd has had skin testing and RAST testing.     The last time I used Gluten Free Pantry Old Fashioned Cake Mix, I used the Crofer's Apricot Fruit Spreed. I baked the batter in individual, half, dome silicon pans.     Paw, We have serveal food allergies as well. For cakes I use Gluten Free Pantry, Old Fashioned Cake and Cookie Mix. I don't see corn on the package but you may need to double check.
