    I have gone gluten free for several years, and many of the symptoms are still with me, and never went away. I found that the gluten never totally left my body. Doctors told me that they had no answer. The reason that I know the gluten is still in me is that it is still. very slowly, leaving me.

    Restaurants buy products, labeled gluten free, and they aren't quite.

    I looked up the FDA regulations on a gluten free label, and they do not require that gluten be totally gone in order to be gluten free. It is a very low amount of gluten, but if you are very sensitive, it might hurt you.

    I will tell you this much. If a restaurant has been determined to be gluten free by passing government testing, you cannot trust it. If they are tested and found to be very low gluten, they will then be rated as gluten free. That is a serious problem that Celiacs go through.     I have been gluten-free for several years. However, there is one symptom which shows up if I ever accidently eat any gluten. In less that 2 minutes, I become severely bloated. If that ever happens, I immediately stop what I am eating.

    I have never heard of coffee doing that. I would not be able to get by without my coffee. I did find that lactose did that to me along with being Celiac, so I had to eliminate the lactose with the coffee.

    I have been unable to discover any gluten-free bread in the store that is"good". I found that Cuisinart has the easiest to use bread maker in existence Making bread myself was something that I thought I could never do, but I was wrong, and Amys makes very good gluten-free flour.

    You most likely will not have any reaction to being kissed right after a meal. However, for your own peace of mind and to play it safe, I would definitely advise brushing after a meal before kissing. If he cares about you, that shouldn't be a problem.     Celiac Disease will react differently with each person. Some people can throw-Up because of gluten, and some will not. I suffer from severe bloating and constipation. Many with Celiac Disease react from Lactose, and that can make them throw-up. Celiac is an individual disease, and each person is different.

    That sounds alot like me. I found that vitamin supplements helped me alot, particularly Vitamins D and B12. Get tested to see if you need supplements. I took over the counter supplements, which I found were not being absorbed properly, less than 50%, and the vitamins not being absorbed were going into my liver.

    As was said before, B12 will have no effect on celiac test results. Taking B12 and maintaining proper B12 levels is extremely important.     I have not found any bread that I buy at the store which I actually would call "good". The only good bread that I have found is bread that I make myself, and Cuisanart has a bread making machine that really surprised me at how easy it is to use. I like using Amys flour to make bread with.
