    If you feel you need the testing or you won't be satisfied without a dx, then do not stop feeding her gluten until AFTER you have her blood drawn.     Gluten free bakery items by whole foods- so good. Foods by George corn muffins- toasted in a toaster oven with butter...yum. Banana bread by the gluten free whole foods bakery-like real bread.

    I called today and was told that the Java beans and vanilla beans in mixed frappuccinos have gluten. scary. Don't ordered mixed drinks - the machines may be contaminated. The bottles are safe.

    I've had them and they're horrible. I quit caffeine, gluten, dairy *mostly*, and have no more soda--- only water all day. I haven't had one migraine since. THANK GOD! They're so bad, I'd have given up my right arm to be rid of them. Try drinking no less than 4 bottles of water a day along with NO caffeine. Seriously- none. It constricts the blood vessels...

    Use this time to demonize gluten. Help her to understand the gluten did this to her body. Remind her to ask permission before eating any food she comes across no matter how delicious it looks.     How about baggies full of nuts, raisins, craisins, yogurt raisins, pineapple chunks, etc and gluten-free pretzels? Or baggies full of grapes, apple slices, carrot sticks, blueberries and orange slices? Those Envirokidz bars are diabetes for beginers snacks.
