  16. I agree with Karen. Stop eating rice. Have you been assessed for other AI Diseases? Another member, Gemini, has a chronic high ANA and she also has a host of other AI Diseases. My ANA is also chronically high with multiple AI Diseases. Sometimes an ANA can be high for no apparent reason. Colleen

Check all of your condiments ie: things that you dip into, and replace if needed. There is a steep learning curve to being gluten free and avoiding cross contamination.
