    I agree with Karen. Stop eating rice. Have you been assessed for other AI Diseases? Another member, Gemini, has a chronic high ANA and she also has a host of other AI Diseases. Check all of your condiments ie: things that you dip into, and replace if needed. There is a steep learning curve to being gluten free and avoiding cross contamination.
