He is doing much better with the soy as far as the diaper rash goes, but he still has really grainy stools. I guess that could be from the soy too. It's such a guessing game, isn't it?     I also have to disagree with what you said, celiac3270. My daughter has a double copy of DQ-1 and was never proven to have celiac disease since she did not have a biopsy due to her blood tests being negative. I think that all of your kids will have at least one copy of the DQ-1 gene and depending on what genes their father has, they could have 2.     How exciting! You have to let us know how it turned out for you. I would love to have my DH tested. He has so many celiac symptoms and is still eating gluten.
