  9. You should continue to eat gluten until testing is completed. I would ask to have a follow up appointment with your GI soon so that you can discuss the results of the biopsy and bloodwork. If your biopsy is positive, then it is most likely that you have Celiac, as the biopsy is the 'gold standard' for confirming Celiac.

Not that anyone needs to provide anyone with documentation about their medical issues (which is between them and their doctor): "If you go on a 99.9 percent gluten-free diet, that 0.1 percent is perceived by the immune system as something dangerous there.   13. Enterolab does not test or diagnose Celiac Disease...but can indicate gluten sensitivity.

  18. It really is great! At a local WF, they periodically have gluten free tastings, coupons, gluten-free vendors come in ....so keep an eye out for that to happen at yours! Try the Whole Foods brand gluten-free Bakehouse - particularly their pizza crusts, their cornbread, and their new chocolate cupcakes.

  21. I don't think anyone is sick of the question - that would be like people being sick of listing the tests for Celiac, or helping with safe restaurants, etc. Some have frustration with people posting misinformation, esp on this topic, often to newly diagnosed Celiacs.
