  4. I'd first ask for the manager, and based on their response, make up my mind whether to stay or leave. It may be that the server was new, or just a bad server, but the rest of the staff was great. It would be helpful for the management to know if they are not meeting their customers' needs. Or, the whole place may be terrible, and you would not have felt...

  17. Find a local support group for Celiac Disease, and ask them for recommendations of doctors in your area that their members use that are familiar with Celiac.
  18. While I'm not a doctor, with both the IgG and IgA tests positive, it would be more likely that he has Celiac or a gluten sensitivity as compared to someone who is negative on both of those tests. The doctor will probably be interested in doing an endoscopy/biopsy to look for Celiac-related damage in the small intestine.
  19. Your son's doctor ordered five tests - tTG IgA (negative) AGA IgA (high) AGA IgG (high) tTG IgG (negative) EMA IgA (negative) Based on the anti-gliadin IgA and IgG tests, it appears that your son is producing antibodies to gluten. Also, testing is not as sensitive/specific in young children (meaning, they can often have Celiac but not test positive...
