  16. I'm sure you're right Adelaide... I was at a buffet type restaurant at the weekend and there was crutons here and there etc so never again will I do a buffet restaurant. But because they promoted it was suitable as 'gluten free' I took it upon myself to complain because I went without food and wasted my money. And I think in the previous posters message...

  24. I absolutely swear by slippery elm on so many levels. When my vocal cord was totally paralysed, I used to empty the capsules in hot water and drink as tea...so calming too and helped with my gerd. My vocal cord is now much better and breathing improved. I also took liquorice root which helped with digestive system. Thanks for the list, I will try caprylic...
