I have recipes for Bette Hagman's Potato/Tapioca/corn pasta and the light bean mix. Has anyone tried both of these? Which is better?
Is there another recipe that works really well for pasta: ravioli, pirogi, etc.?

Heidi Collis said that over 800 people took the survey, and mentions some links with more information about celiac disease. celiac disease goess 97% undx'd. It was very short. Her co anchor said he knows first hand how difficult it is to eat out as he has lunched with her several time, an it took "hours" to study the menu to select something safe to eat!!!
Maybe someone can find this seg on CNN and post like yesterday.
Guess we need to be prepared for "incomming"

i am recently discovering i am allergic to gluten, but am wondering if its ok to have a little gluten now and then? i had the symptoms for years before figuring out the problem and nothing happened. also, if i didnt stop eating gluten what would the implications be? would i just have to deal with the bloating/nausea or could it progress to something worse?

Sorry, baking crakers are much too advanced for me.
I use rice crakers when I need to for myself, but also offer gluten crackers and others for guests.
Hopes others will post.
