i really really really hope you're wrong.. somehow.. this is what i take too :( i DID call them last year about the red caplets.. she said the starch was "Corn Gluten".. i have never noticed any reaction to the liquid advil.. is it possible the person you spoke with on the phone was mistaken?? do we now have to look for anything with polysorbate???

like i said, i have not had reactions to it- but i do have many additional food intolerances and continuing on and off pain.. but normally previous DH bumps on my stomach and forearms will start to itch and arise if ive been glutened or if i've overdone Corn products.. or if i have some kind of frozen drink with Maltdextrin...

i really really really hope this person was wrong- cause i just bought a huge bottle too... they NEED TO START LABELING, cause this is getting REAL REAL OLD

Sometimes your information is only as good as your customer relations peep on the other end of the phone.

    Give then another call.

  2. Elizabeth, how often do you eat? Do you have breakfast, lunch and dinner?

If not, digesting food when your tummy has been empty for some time, is hard on your system. :)

And you said you were in college, but be careful with drinking  I could be very dangerous with low body weight.

I hope you feel better soon.

  3. Not much help Gemini, as I have a single issue, but it's a wonderful thing you are doing. B)

I received some wonderful gravy from a great friend around Christmas. And I lost a bet with Canadian Karen and sent her some Lee&Perrins.

It's so much fun to get surprised in the mail/post. :D

has anyone had a problem with snikiddy cheese fries. I think my daughter had a reaction to them. I contacted the company and they say they test their products though.

I am not familiar with this product, nor is it available in my area, but several flavors do contain dairy, as listed on their website:

Thank you!! Kraft seems to be very trusted by everyone, so that is good to know. Are there any issues with cottage cheese that i should be aware of?

I have never seen a cottage cheese that contained gluten, but of course, always read the labels.

It's often recommended that a newly diagnosed, go dairy free for a while. It can produce the same type of symptoms as gluten, until the villi begin to heal.

Hi, I'm trying to figure out if Golden Sun brand "Super Crab Seafood crab-flavored seafood made from surimi" crab meat has gluten. The only things listed under the allergy warning are fish, shellfish and soybean.

The ingredients are: Pollock, Sugar, Sorbitol, Sodium Polyphasphate, Water, Potato Starch, Soybean Protein Sugar, Salt, Rice Wine, Soybean Oil, Natural Crab Extract, Natural Crab Flavor, Sorbital, Monosodium Glucamate, Cochineal.

I want to make gluten-free crab salad - can I use this?

    I see no gluten ingredients.

Thank you kareng, I will remember that. I'm still getting used to the idea of being soooo careful!

And Lisa, could I get that layered salad recipe? Your other ideas sound yummy...I'm exicted to hear I can still eat Hillshire Farm Kielbasa - I have some in my freezer right now :)

Yes, but Oh...I always seen to leave something out....

Slice Romain or Iceburg Lettuce thin and add to a large bowl (large glass bowl preferred)

    Add in layers:

    Lettuce

Thinly sliced red onions - one large onion

Sliced celery - a whole bunch

One bag of frozen green peas - not thawed

Cover the top of the bowl completely in Mayo or Hidden Valley Ranch

    Dressing

Generously cover in Kraft Parmesan Cheese and then crumbled bacon ( whole lb).

Cover overnight in refer, and serve.
