  12. In the US, Modified Food Starch is generally corn. If, derived from wheat it, by law must be listed as Modified Food Starch (wheat). Try Yoplait. They label as gluten free. I like to support those companies. Congratulations and Welcome to the Club!

  23. I have had no issue with McD's Fries, but I accept the risk of possible cross contamination from any fast food restaurant.
  24. Lynayah, it would be easy to wash your fruit well and, if you felt it necessary, cut out the area where the label was stuck to. There are so many areas of concern on the gluten free diet, this one appears to be an easy fix.
