    I did the same similar thing. I put green round stickers on items that I eat or have checked on their gluten free status. It also reminds my other family members that I share the mayo or whatever, and they don't double dip.

    ALL distilled alcohol is considered safe for people with Celiac to consume. The distillation process is said to remove the offending gluten from the alcohol.     I think most drug stores have lice/nit(eggs) shampoos. Several repeat shampoos should work. Wash your hair brushes, combs, etc..

    I found that the Trellis Restaurant at Market Square to be VERY accommodating. Check with the staff during off hours and make a reservation. I was offered several recommendations and all were excellent. The chef was very knowledgeable and my entre arrive just as glamorous as my husbands.
