  2. Mike, a paper plate? Can you verify that that paper plate contained gluten? Live by whatever means you need to, but when it comes to product verification on this site, prepare to back it up with fact. Feel free to voice your opinion, but don't be surprised when other may disagree. Disagreement should not be viewed as a personal insult to a person or...

  6. Ok, I have already voted. How do I make these relentless robo political calls go away!!! Elizabeth Dole is now my new best friend. I'm getting calls from every direction. 16. Welcome! Are you certain that you are 100% gluten free. Gluten can be very tricky and hide in the most unusual places. Could you getting bits of gluten from a used toaster, shampoos, lotions, lip balms, meds, vitamins... Yes, vomiting was a part of my symptoms.
  17. Another thing to bear in mind is that that listing is over a year old. Ingredients change. I would get a current listing.

  21. It would really depend on the amount of time you were off gluten. There really isn't a standard time frame. You mentioned several weeks? It's often recommended that you eat 3-4 pieces (or equivalent) of bread for two to three months, for someone who has been gluten free for an extended period of time. Here is the Serologic Panel for Celiac: ...

There is no need for a biopsy to CONFIRM the diagnosis as it's rare for false positives in the Serologic Panel. A biopsy can, determine the level of damage.
