  2. k, Bear in mind that ingredients and labeling laws vary from county to county. For instance, Campbell's Canada and Campbell's US have a totally different gluten free listing. Sometimes we do forget that we have an international forum.

  6. I sure we can interpret for you. It's very hard and confusing in the beginning. A good rule of thumb is "when in doubt, do without". The food pantry will welcome your gluteny foods.

  13. Peggy Anne, This is the second claim you made regarding this subject. This is absolutely untrue! Can you support this claim with verification? Hearsay is not acceptable, when you telling people that their wine, vinegar and coffee is contaminated with gluten. Accurate information on this site is essential.

  16. Great ideas already! We celebrate Christmas with a large group of people. Someone else does the turkey and it's usually stuffed. So, last year I popped a cornish hen in the oven while we were opening gifts and it was ready for lunch. It was a big hit. I had my own personal "mini-me" bird. I can cook a turkey for myself and family anytime.
