I have found that the longer I am gluten free, the longer it takes for me to react. If I get glutened it normally takes about 22 hours to notice a problem. So, perhaps...

  25. Yes ma'am, gas is a very common side effect of gluten intolerance. It will go away, trust me, when you eliminate all the gluten from your diet. This is a very free speaking board.
