Angie, in my Truimph Dining Book 2006-07..it lists a www.mcdonalds.com or (877) MCD-FOOD (confirmed 11/28/05). So there has not been a resent update unless found on line. Shame on them. Slackin burger boys. (not to be interpreted as sexist, shehhhh)

Your primary doctor can recommend a GI in your area for testing. It is easier to get into a GI's office with a doctor referral. Just a word of advise, if testing is you avenue, it is recommended that a full gluten diet should to be continued for a more accurate testing response. I would suggest that you husband get a full Celiac Blood Panel done...

Richard, Save up for a "Green Egg" Smoker. They are very pricey, but well worth it and it will last a lifetime. Cooking a whole salmon filet on a cedar plank..... don't get any better than that!! Yum! -

Yeah for you!!!! You have alot of people pulling for you here!. If you do have a sinus infection, you may need some antibiotics. Lister: You need to do a food diary. Document everything that you eat. It will help you find the things that bother you. I know it may be a pain in the butt, but so helpful in many ways. How are you doing with everything else? Only asking, cause I care.

I do have neur symptoms after the GI symptoms leave. Brain fog is pretty bad. I find myself sitting at a stop light waiting for the light to turn RED!! I also find myself walking sideways down a sidewalk. (not a good discription, but defined effect on motor skills) Some well balanced vitamines will help.

After reading the information in your signature......how could you possibly WANT to cheat. I don't cheat because there are too many accidentals, and that's enough for me. I have not done, yet, but there is a whole bunch of gluten free products on line that are highly recommended. Cakes as well. Treat youself to a wonderfull gluten free cake.... -

Welcome, your have found yourself a wonderful place here. You certainly have many of the 200 symptoms of Celiac Disease. If you have no need for further testing nor the expense, there is no reason not to try the gluten free diet. It, in the beginning can be very complicated, but it appears that you have educated yourself and that's half the battle... -
