  2. Everyone's profile has a "Warn Status". Yours can only be seen by you and the moderators. When they do happen, warnings come with an explanation as to why it was issued. You would know if your level was elevated.

  6. I don't know, but in the year before I was diagnosed I would get very itchy blister-like bumps on my fingers and then on the inside of my forearm. Never anything like that before or after--very odd. After I went gluten-free, at first I was very itchy all over--especially my back and arms. I remedied that by switching to "free and clear" type laundry...

  17. I began avoiding grains and sugar as a means to lower my blood pressure. Worked like a charm--my doctor ended up cutting my meds from 2 down to half of one.
