    <snort> I didn't mean it literally, Em! I used the lil cup they handed me.....no wheres near an 8 ounce capacity which made it a pain to maneuver.     Lynayah, I also had lower Gi symptoms: diarrhea, some cramping....strange dreams and night sweats.....but I didn't attribute it to the Splenda for the longest time. After I stopped using it, both those and the headaches went away fairly quickly.

    Hi Minimom I use Potato Buds to "bread" my chicken and then oven fry. What I do is beat an egg in one dish and in another combine Potato Buds, salt, pepper, and a generous amount of garlic powder. Turn the oven on to 375.
