    Gawd, me too! I've been thinkin along these here lines fer a while now. Nik's social whirlwind life looks SO cosmopolitan I could handle one or two o'these par-tays per month or so, but many more and I'd be worn out.     My older son always called his blanket "deet". Don't ask me why, but he named it that when he was very little and it stuck. When he was phinally done wif it, you could see through it!

    I saw only the first 15 minutes or so, but I did like how Dr. Oz showed how gluten causes an autoimmune (he used that word !) reaction and had animation of the intestine to illustrate. He stressed how serious this condition is, and the consequences that can occur if a Celiac does not stick to the gluten-free diet or is undiagnosed. He talked about symptoms...

    We have a shared house too. My husband has cereals and crackers and things like that (already prepared) that contain wheat. I do all of the cooking, so all of the meals at home are gluten-free.
