  2. They are gluten-free--they are also made on shared lines with gluten containing products. Some can handle that and some can't. I reacted to them.

  6. For mac and cheese I use Tinkyada Brown Rice Shells--we like them better than the elbows. Spaghetti--Tinkyada Brown Rice, as well. Pizza crust--Gluten free Pantry French Bread Mix. We get 3 round crusts out of a box. The extra dough freezes well. Breadcrumbs--I use Gluten Free Pantry French Bread torn into pieces for meatloaf. I soak the pieces...
  7. The doctor is wrong, Steph--the biopsy needs to be done on skin adjacent to the blister, not the blister itself.
  8. I just saw it!! Took me a year, though....How very cool to see gluten-free being mentioned in a regular commercial on a network!! The mom in the piece says how nice it is to not have to say no all the time.

  11. We had planned to go to South Jersey over the weekend, but didn't want to give Mark's cold to the kids. We called Matt Friday night to let him know. Saturday morning I got an email from him saying he woke up with the start of a cold and he musta caught it over the phone.

  21. Salsa would work great--you can personalize it anyway you want. Sometimes I use some chopped green pepper along with the onion. A big handful of grated cheddar mixed in is nice too.
