    Brain fog, the bane of my existence. Up until the time I had pernicious anemia and my mind starting taking a hike, I could spell any word for any one. They wouldn't even use the dicitionary, they would ask me. Since then I forget where I am, I can't spell for me, that is very distressing. I hope someday, being gluten-free that, I can get all of that back...

    What type of rice milk did you use. I know rice dream has gluten in it, so I was hoping we might have what you used up here. Half a cup of chocolate chips is nothing. I would use a couple of cups at least.

    Good possibilities that the salsa or the seasoning had gluten in it, I would give them a call tomorrow and ask them. Make sure you ask them if they are made in a facility that produces wheat products.

    I would definitely take some food with you of course in the evening you might get a chance to come into the city. Make sure you have stuff that won't give you the big D . That sounds like a great job, I would love a job like that.

    They opened the door by asking if there was any allergies. You tell them you have severe wheat, gluten, and dairy allergies. If they are paying for the meals, you will be able to find things to eat. You can find places to eat, like Moxies in Market Mall, Hi Ball at the Stadium Shopping centre across from the foothills hospital and perhaps get some muffins...

    Osteoporosis runs in my family. When my doctor gets back from holidays he is doing a full medical including bone density because of this disease. As he is a new doctor and the doctors I have had in the last 25 years, have never done a medical and it was pulling teeth just to get them to run blood tests.

    Where I work, we are all in one room with just little portable walls that are 6 ft high. So, I constantly live in fear that one will jump out and smell up the place.

    Now that you mention it my bp went up in the last 8 years where it never had before. Then when I had my teeth done in March and it was back down. Maybe there is a correlation.

    Yes, now that I am not at work. Gluten messed up the whole day there and worse than that I could smell it, it smells like trouble and I yelled"gluten, you evil beast stay away from me.' Then being possessed by all that is evil it made me spend copious amounts of money on gluten-free food and chocolate.

    My favorite is putting pesto on it then green peppers, onions, olives, mushrooms and sometimes shrimp if I have it with goat cheddar and goat feta (no casein) .

    Especially when we get him drunk and have dance on the tables. But yes, I could write a book on how many times I was told I was insane, it was all in my head, it was a parasite that lived in women's bodies, it was the flu and countless other lame things and they would never even do a blood test to find out.
