  1. I think you would have had a reaction by now. I actually changed my b-12 days from Tuesday and Saturday to Monday and Thursday, so I can have energy during the school week. My point is that I did one on Saturday and then one again today, and I'm fine. Do you know the dosage you're getting?

I don't know the dosage yet. The needle look FULL, lol. That may just be because she was about to stick it in my cheek, lol, but it LOOKED full. :)

Interesting.....I can't seem to process alcohol anymore. I never could easily but lately its much much worse. And it can make me VERY sick if I drink too much. More than most.

Yeah, even just a little makes me sick. I get D really bad, and get body aches, sore eye sockets, nausea. Most of that is the next day. I haven't had anything to drink now in about 4 years, but the last time I did, it only took a few sips before I started feeling drunk as a skunk, lol.

Since you said you have LOTS of workout DVD's...have you tried Lara Hudsons 10 minute work outs? I want to but one because someone on LN suggested it. :)

I don't have any of hers. I have a couple of 10 Minute Solution workouts, and a couple of Prevention workouts, but none is by Lara Hudson. What type of workout is it? The 10 minute workouts are great because you can get a little in here and a little in there if you have to, or you can do them al at once. I just bought a 10 minute solution dance DVD, and it's really fun. Can't get the steps right, but I have fun while I'm messing up, lol.

  2. Which kit did you add?

My cart keeps growing and growing. :o To make myself feel better, I think I'll go check out the ridiculous expensiveness of all the BM stuff on sephora.com lol :P

I know it! I added the personal kit (full sizes) because I had the two new brushes in my cart and I wanted to get the two new colors and a foundation, lol. So I figured it was just cheaper to get the kit in the end. :P I suspect some of this will change if the new offer is right.

I also have the personal kit (mini sizes) and the mini eyeshadow kit PLUS a free sample kit.

ETA: Who knew there were so many things left to buy.

  3. Patti :o I wonder if they'll show that same episode here today...not sure I actually want to see one though, lol.

    Everyone,

What's a good amount of time to wait to make sure I don't react to the B12 shot...I got it Friday afternoon, and so far so good. I'm thinking it would have reacted by now if it was going to...I'm just a couple of hours shy of being 3 full days...that should be plenty right?

I need to call and schedule an appointment for training, lol. I guess I can always cancel if something mysteriously pops up. :P

  4. Ooooo! I love browns!! I use a brown pencil as an eyeliner! I need to sit down one afternoon and practice on using the brush as an eyeliner. But how do I do the lower part of the eye??

I LOVE the brush and minerals for eyeliner...it is not has harsh as even a pencil. I use the brush on the lower lid too, but I don't reload the brush after I do the upper lid. Usually there's a little still left on the brush, but not a lot, so it makes a not to dark smokiness instead of a line. That usually works although sometimes I DO have to put a little more eyeliner on the brush.

  5. Any news on getting those churchmembers getting your carpet out? I know that doesn't help with the cost of buying new carpet though..... I am concerned with the mold and everything else going on with you though.

No, nothing new. Two reasons really...the first and probably the most driving reason...I'm lazy. :P The second and most important for my mental reasoning...I've been considering leaving choir and maybe even switching churches and I wouldn't feel right about taking money or goods/services if I don't stay.

The good news is that I got a call from someone in the choir last night telling me that some of the issues that have made me want to leave MAY be addressed really soon. Very "odd" really, since I'd not mentioned those issues to her, but apparently a lot of people have been feeling the same way, and so she decided to call everyone in her encouragement group to let them know that there may be some changes. If THAT's the case, then I'll definitely talk to someone about the carpet.

  6. Paula, here is the stuff my doctor gave me eons ago. Please note that this is geared more toward MOLD, not candida necessarily. I have a huge issue with mold (I'm highly allergic to it environmentally, and I have high levels of antibodies to it in my blood), so this was given to me for avoiding things I might cross-react to. Even with this list, my doctor strayed from what was on it MANY TIMES, especially in regards to the antibiotics--he was the allergist/ENT who prescribed basically three years of antibiotics for a never-ending sinus infection!

I do think I have something from him that was more geared towards Candida...I still have to locate THAT, lol. But this is good for determining what might cross-react (not everyone will).

  7. Sure Judy...I'd love to see the info you got!

Yes, I have to replace the carpet and my doctor won't really begin aggressive treatments with me until I do that. He said as long as I'm exposed to the mold, I won't improve much beyond what I have. I have to agree with that too, lol, but I'm anxious to get started on it. I have seen improvement too, just supporting my body with the missing nutrients, etc. has helped.

I'm so happy you are seeing improvement!!!! That is just fantastic! You had me worried for a while there!

  8. My lymph nodes are sore all up and down my back and chest. When I rebound they hurt worse.

I guess I really need it! I'm hoping when this finally clears out I will feel even better .... maybe my insomnia will improve!

Wow, hope it clears up soon! (pssst, although I'm not sure the rebounding helped my insomnia much though, lol)

Yes, I certainly would have expected mental over cancer!

 Yeah, a shocker to me too!

    ok that went well.

1.she is postive i have candida

    2. she wants me to get my house tested for mold again

    3. she highly doubts lyme but wants me tested anyay.

    4. she thinks its a mold issue more then a metal issue from everything i told her.

    5. seh took an blood sample, urine sample and my stool sample, she will call by firday with what she finds.

Sounds like a great appointment!!! Yay, I'm so glad she will test for lyme anyway! I just think it's really important to rule out anything that might be causing issues.

  9. Well oddity of oddities, I think Nick Nack may be my new favorite blush color, lol. I'm wearing it again, and it's just the softest shade of pinky peach. Goes perfect with the salmon pink colored sweater I'm wearing.

Can we keep ordering sample kits every time we place an order? I think it's a great way to try lots of blushes and foundations, but I can't help feeling like a hog if I keep doing it.....

I've ordered one every time I've ordered, lol. I sometimes wish they'd offer two kinds of free sample kits...one as it is, and maybe one where you can pick any combo of mini sample size offerings. I think I'm reaching the end of my "foundation" sampling, but want to try more blushes, eye shadows and finishing dust.

  10. Good morning everyone...I remembered two more things on the miasms. Cancer came up! :( Still not sure exactly what the whole miasm thing is about but that just can't be good, lol. Also, one that DIDN'T come up...MENTAL!!! I'm NOT mental!  (That struck me funny if you couldn't tell, lol.)

Donna.......I always like updates......you know that right? :)

 Yes, you are a sweetheart!

Does anyone have any ideas with what I can do? It feels like my liver is irritated, it hurts (aching with intermittent sharp pains) and is generally enlarged. I'm going to be asking Mom about it, and (hopefully) calling a doctor about it.

Would an epsom salt and baking soda bath help, possibly?

My tongue/teeth have been tingling as well (I don't have any cavities).

I can't remember (sorry)...do you have amalgams? My teeth used to tingle, and hurt A LOT, and my jaw hurt horribly with TMJ-like symptoms, but I haven't had that at all since having my amalgams out. Well, my jaw hurt once, but not nearly as bad as it did before the amalgam removal.

I don't know what to do about the liver!

I don't want to add to it by suggesting that the doctors screwed up.

    ...

I guess if I hear that any of them have unexplained medical problems, that would be my cue to mention this thread?

Yeah, at this point probably wouldn't do any good at all to tell her, and might actually make her feel guilty. Yes, I'd mention it if the others seem to have issues related. It may not go over well, but at least you will have tried.

In the defense of the dr's, sometimes there isn't time to figure out what is *causing* a problem. Sometimes they just have to keep the patient alive and then, if there is time, figure out what caused the problem in the first place. Maybe there wasn't time?! :(

And, often times I believe they really ARE trying to help, but unfortunately many of them just aren't taught to think outside the box...they can only do what they know.

    Donna and Rachel,

Are you guys having flash flood warnings? We are--well, not LA, but areas very close to us. Just wanted to make sure you're okay. :)

Yeah, some areas are still having problems, but so far I'm okay. I think where I live is pretty safe as far as flooding...the major worry is wind damage...we have a lot of old not well watered trees...I think the root systems are pretty near the surface for a lot of them (which is why we've had two fall in a year's time). I have a huge tree just a few feet from my front door, and I'm pretty sure it doesn't get nearly enough water, so the roots are near the surface, but fortunately it's leaning towards the driveway, so I think if it falls, that's the way it would go (hopefully). And fortunately, the tree is protected from the wind on two sides...my front door side and my neighbors side wall side.

My nd will be here in less then 50 minutes, she said she would come at 6 cause she needs my urine when i first wake up, well of course im already awake but trying not to go to the bathroom. Im nervous and excited at the same time. Is there anything i need to remind her to test me for me for.

Yay, I'm so glad she's coming today! She's probably already there, so I'm too late with the questions, lol.

Critter watch: nothing too obvious from the humaworm, but a lot of strange looking small things that don't seem like what I am eating. I kind of hope these are evidence of getting rid of critters...because then I have hope I'll really get better after. The humaworm does increase insomnia for me as well.

Thanks for the update...I'm glad you're doing better!
