  1. Hello and welcome!!
  2. Yep, it did show up. Oh, I love cauliflower too...poor little guy.
  3. Wow, I'm just so sorry this has happened to you!! Nothing of value to add, just wanted to say I'm so sorry!
  4. Hi everyone...busy, busy...I got sidetracked yesterday by my co-worker who is ready to quit and it's been busy today. I have been eating broccoli sprouts lately...I'll buy a package and then eat it for about 3 days, then I throw it out cuz of the mold issue...I know it starts molding immediately, but the color seems to change after the 3 day mark, so...
  5. Hope the ultrasound goes well! Yes, vaccines showed up on the BioSET and the specific thing Anna said was that at some point I had a reaction to a vaccine. I think I had every vaccine known to man as a child in the 50s/60s so I'm sure they were all full of thimerisol... I'm not sure what other vaccines have them, but in addition to the standard childhood...
  6. I think it takes about two weeks...so I just sent it in on Saturday, so probably not until the first week of March at the earliest.
  7. I agree completely! I've mentioned the mercury toxicity to them as a possible cause for the adrenal situation, but they haven't commented much on it, at least not yet.
  8. I hear ya...I'm really excited for your appointment with Dr. D too! I mean, how FORTUNATE is it that you got in. I find that amazing! I understand completely about the "fix" it thing. See, the HN doctors found the adrenals, and I'm sure those are a big part of how I'm feeling...and they found the H.Pylori, which wasn't found by my endoscopes, but...
  9. I haven't actually voted yet, lol. I need to check with my mom. I know I was fed formula, and it was some kind of soy formula, but I don't know when she started the formula.
  10. Hello and Welcome!!!
  11. I wonder about our area too sometimes. There is such a HUGE number of people in our church with various kinds of cancer. Who knows what goes where in the production of silicon chips and whatnot...
  12. Even though my dentist has a good removal protocol, I'm sure mercury got released into my system during removal and it's hard to say how that would affect Seth. Thanks!!! I've printed out some stuff from the first link which I'll read in a bit. Yep, there are almost always several other people there when I go on Saturdays...this...
  13. I know...the funding thing is slowing me down too right now. The amalgam issue was topmost on my priorities, but that just about drained me (well that and the vacations ). My dental benefit is only $2000 per year, so I had to put a lot of the work on credit cards which were already kind of high. Thanks!!! Would you post Dr. Kinghardts...
  14. You're welcome!!
  15. I had pain all over my abdomen/pelvic region, but I also has LOTS of fibroids and a couple of them were big. I think the fibroids themselves don't necessarily cause pain, but I think it's when they press on something. I do think the ones on stalks can cause pain if the stalk were to twist. I had all kinds of fibroids and they were everywhere, inside, outside...
  16. Holy cow Rachel, that last (long, lol) post could have been written about me!!! I saw so much of myself in everything written! I've been sort of on the fence on whether I wanted to see a doctor for the toxicity or not, but now I think I have to. No one has been able to help my insomnia, and believe me I've tried almost everything. Hi Armetta! Nice...
  17. First off, {{{{HUGS}}}} to NoGluGirl and Miamia. I sure wish you two felt better! Mia, I definitely miss your posts. Rinne's too! On a happier note... LET THEM EAT STEAK!!!! I just had a nice big steak, and for my early lunch I had hamburger!!!! So today I mailed in my stool sample so we can see if the H.Pylori is gone. Today at BioSET...
  18. Yah, if I see Scott walking around at BioSET tomorrow, I may just introduce myself and ask him about it (ART), lol.
  19. I have to admit, I have a healthy appetite in the morning, so I'll eat whatever sounds good to me, which can include just about any type of food. But, I am severely limited right now in what I can eat. But, I usually eat some form of turkey, lol. Whole Foods has a turkey sausage that has very few other ingredients, and is gluten-free...that is my usual...
  20. On the elimination diet my doctor had me on, you reintroduce ONE food per day. You then do NOT eat it for 3 days and you do not add any other new food during that time either. If you have no reaction to that food, you may add it to your diet. You then repeat the process with the next food. In adding foods, it is best to add the food in it's simplest form...
  21. Arggg...not supposed to do coffee either...but I may have to to see if it helps, lol. I WANT STEAK!!! Oh yes, good point! No beef yet. I'm at work today and my name is fortunately on my desk. Oh good, I'll pick up the newsletter tomorrow while I'm at BioSET. Anna has me taking digestive enzymes before each meal...
  22. Just a tip about the snack foods thing...on the cruise I just went on in December (Princess to the Caribbean/Panama Canal), we were advised that we could not take any food ashore that wasn't sealed. A ziploc bag wasn't good enough...it had to be factory sealed. So, for snacking on the ship, anything will do, and in your Key West stop, all would probably...
  23. I'd say it's a good bet you DO have celiacs. The reason we go on the gluten-free diet is so that the villi can grow back. In some people that can take a long time, but a month and a half is certainly enough to cause some areas of healing. If the GI doctor only took a couple of biopsies it is quite possible he missed the damage. Bloodwork is a valid diagnosis...
  24. Oh no never!!! It must never happen! I may have nightmares...I'm scared, hold me. Oh, and I must say that your anti-anti-scientificness poster DID give me some really good references on another recent thread to some info on what we talked about here last week...that they use a form of mold on some fruit to extent it's shelf life. Some of that stupid...

    ARCHIVED Newbie

I just wanted to officially welcome you to the boards! Just eczema...aren't doctors frustrating?! When I was a baby wheat actually CAUSED my eczema, so I don't know why they were so quick to dismiss your idea. It can take a while to really see major improvement on a gluten free diet--in some people it can take months unfortunately.
