    mmmmmmmmmmmmmm...had that as one of the appetizers at my wedding....so good! Didn't get to enjoy them all that much (it was picture time) I heard people loved them.

    I definatly think it could be. I've been D & C free since I went gluten free. Ate the same things this week that I usually do. Well......was I ever feeling sick. Only one thing was different....I was stressed out! Our bank's internet system was hacked into, and guess who's bank accounts were emptied out

    My favorite appetizer: Take a small tub of cream cheese, keeping it's shape, dump it upside down on a plate, top it with a jar of red pepper jelly. Serve with gluten free crackers.

    I guess I should have checked all packages before I opened my mouth I too eat the 70% dark chocolate and it does not contain barley malt. With ya there Ursula...can't live without my piece of dark chocolate every day!!

    There are a couple beers out there for you...thank god!! New Grists, Rampo Valley, La Messagere (Canadian) Search the board and you will find info on them.

    I really am impressed with the grocery stores. I go to several of them...Shaw's, Hannafords, Stop & Shop....they all have a great gluten free section. I only have to travel to Whole Foods for beer now, thats it.

    I know that Lindt chocolate is gluten free. Their truffles are not because they contain barley malt. As for the butterfinger, I'm not 100% sure.

    I thought they couldn't serve peanuts on planes anymore. Last time a flew (Air Canada), I asked for peanuts and she said they don't carry them because of severe allergies.

    Everybody around me has had it. Kids at both my nanny jobs, all the adults there too, my husband, and even our friends we hang out with all the time. It's been a couple weeks since my husband was back to normal. Nothing for me yet!!

    Went to Coldstones for the first time this weekend....Can anybody say "BANANA ICE CREAM WITH PEANUT BUTTER AND M&M'S"!!!! Thought I was in heaven. Looking forward to our Sunday drives this summer!!

    I think I only have Celiac...thats if I even have it. I know I'm gluten intolorent. If it's the same treatment either way, why go through the biopsy? I don't think I was really sick.     Oh my god!! That's it!!! I also had really really long periods (12 to 14 days), major cramping, and very heavy bleeding. Now, they last 5-7 days, barely any pain, and its not heavy at all. It's sooooooo much better now.

    I asked Whole Foods about their prepared items because I love stopping there to get a quick lunch. They told me that if there are any allergens in their food, it will be listed. Even the salad bars have prepared salads and the ingredients list is right in front of you.

    Those brownies are so good. I love making them for dessert when we have people over the house cause I can eat them too!!! They love it.
