    I REALLY like the Gluten Free Pantry skillet meals in a pinch. They're pretty good considering they come out of a box. They're on sale right now at gluten free.com for $1.99 a box.

    I've never seen them packaged that way either... Usually they're in a bag with a similar design. Perhaps they're putting them in boxes to market them to mainstream grocery stores. The box may be just another barrier to keep us safe from the glutenous baking aisle that they put the mixes in. Though, I found my boxes in the pasta aisle of all places. Ha! ...

    It's happened to the best of us. There's nothing you can really do now other than sit back and wait for the nastier symptoms to start. If you haven't already, you may want to try downing a Red Bull energy drink. That seems to take the edge off the sleepiness and the brain fog. It's also packed with B vitamins. I hope you're feeling better soon.

    I do the same as ptkids with the white bread recipe and hamburger buns. I also make hot dog buns out of it. It turns out very well on both accounts.     TINKYADA, TINKYADA, TINKYADA!!! I've tried Bi-Aglut, Deboles, bionaturae, Ancient Harvest Quinoa, and some other weird brands and I didn't like any as much as the Tinkyada. Plus, they make lasagna noodles, large shells, macaroni, penne, spinach flavored, spaghetti, and much more. I love the selection!

    Hey guys, just thought I'd tell you that I picked up a box of the new Spiderman cereal and it appears to be gluten free based on the label. Can anyone confirm this? I know it's a General Mills cereal and they will disclose gluten, I just like to get a second opinion to be safe.

    Celiac Disease can cause seizures. It can also cause CF type symptoms: persistent diarrhea, bulky, foul smelling and greasy stools, pale stools, poor growth, abdominal swelling, gassiness, vomiting, dehydration, frequent respiratory infections, abdominal pain and discomfort, poor appetite, and malnutrition.     For ranch flavored Chex mix I would use butter and a packet of ranch flavoring mix. I think Hidden Valley's is gluten free, but I'm not sure.     Yeah, same here... I have a much harder time falling asleep now than I did pre-dx. I also have a very hard time staying asleep. I rarely feel well rested in the morning. I keep the same schedule all week long (stay at home mom) and it doesn't make a bit of difference for me. If you figure anything out, let us know. I would love to have a good night's sleep...

    This doctor is TOTALLY wrong. Not only is it hereditary, but blood tests are NOT 99% accurate AND you can't diagnose Celiac Disease through a biopsy taken from a colonoscopy. They would need to do an endoscopy to take a biopsy for Celiac.

    Just throwing out an idea... Can you premake some gluten free pizzas and freeze them? Then, when you want takeout, just throw it in the oven and forget about it until it beeps. That's about as close as we've gotten to take out. I used to keep the Amy's pizzas on hand, but now I just have my own ready to go. Much tastier and quick quick quick.

    If you're stressing about it I would definitely go take a test. The worst that will happen is you'll waste a few bucks. Go for EPT, they're the only one that I trust.     I'm 29-30 weeks. I'm really hoping you're right. I weigh a LOT more this pregnancy than I did last time, I started out much heavier this time. Last time I was 98 lbs. when I got pregnant.     My doctor's appointment isn't until Wednesday. I just had to go to the lab today to get blood drawn. I used to have a weird overreaction to sensation, but I'm not sure if that was neuropathy or not. Anything that tickled or was cold was intensely painful to me, just like getting burned.     I am pregnant. The last few weeks I have been having increasing trouble sleeping. At night, when I lay down, my arms and legs start to tingle and they get very weak, a very odd feeling.
